Welcome to my blog. My name is Beth, and for years, I struggled with anxiety. I still have the underpinnings of this issue, but I have learned to keep it under control using a range of methods from therapy to holistic healthcare, from meditation to relaxation. I have also constructed my environment in a way that makes it feel very calming. I have done that by working with designers, researching colour theory and delving into aspects of Feng Shui.
